Anthony R. Fabiano, President and Chief Executive Officer

Anthony R. Fabiano, President and Chief Executive Officer, brings more than 20 years of senior management experience to AS&E.

From 1997 to 2002, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Minneapolis-based Despatch Industries, a leading designer and manufacturer of thermal processing equipment. In this position, his team delivered outstanding financial performance, customer satisfaction and market leadership through Best-in-Class engineering and manufacturing practices.

Prior to Despatch, Mr. Fabiano spent three years as Vice President of Defense Systems Operations at Alliant Techsystems, a Fortune 500 aerospace and defense company. He was responsible for restructuring and energizing a $450 million cost-center; a materials management program consisting of a $250 million annual budget; as well as 3,000 suppliers and 200 employees. Before advancing to Vice President, he was President of Alliant's Ferrulmatic Operations division, formerly Ferrulmatic Inc., an engineering and manufacturing company specializing in precision products for the munitions, industrial power tool, fluid control, and medical industries.

Ken Galaznik, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Ken Galaznik, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, is responsible for the Company's financial management, treasury, legal and SEC compliance, and information technology functions. In addition, he will function as the principal Investor Relations contact for investors and the broader financial community.

In February 2005 Mr. Galaznik was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Galaznik has been with AS&E since August 2002, serving as Vice President of Finance and subsequently appointed as Acting Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining AS&E, he was Vice President of Finance at Spectro Analytical Instruments, Inc. and has 27 years of experience in accounting and finance positions in manufacturing and real estate development entities.

Mr. Galaznik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from The University of Houston.

Kenneth Breur, Vice President, Product Management

Kenneth Breur, Vice President, Product Management, is responsible for product and program management and the engineering organization.

Prior to joining AS&E in December 2003, Mr. Breur spent six years in management positions at Minneapolis-based Despatch Industries, a leading designer and manufacturer of thermal processing equipment. As Vice President, he managed worldwide sales and marketing, product management, and engineering. Overseeing facilities in Minnesota, Michigan, and California, Mr. Breur was responsible for P&L of all products, as well as product development initiatives. Before advancing to Vice President, Mr. Breur was Director of Product Management and Engineering, managing more than 50 engineers, five product managers, and nine application engineers. Prior to Despatch, Mr. Breur spent three years in multiple leadership roles at Alliant Techsystems, a Fortune 500 aerospace and defense company.

Joseph Callerame, Ph.D., Vice President, Science and Technology

Joseph Callerame, Ph.D., Vice President, Science and Technology, develops new technologies and enhances product offerings to fulfill present and future market needs in AS&E's rapidly evolving industry. Dr. Callerame joined AS&E in 1998.

Prior to AS&E, Dr. Callerame served at Raytheon Electronic Systems as Manager of Engineering and Technology Development. From 1993 to 1994 he served as Deputy General Manager of the Research Division of Raytheon, and from 1989 to 1992 he was Assistant General Manager of this Division. Prior to serving as Assistant General Manager, Dr. Callerame held the position of Manager, Infrared Detector Laboratory and the Stable Sources Laboratory. From 1977 to 1980, Dr. Callerame was a senior scientist in Medical Ultrasound at Raytheon's Research Division. Dr. Callerame earned his Ph.D. and master's degree in physics from Harvard University, and holds a bachelor's degree in chemical physics from Columbia University. Dr. Callerame also served as a Postdoctoral Fellow in physics at MIT from 1975 to 1977.

Dr. Callerame returned to AS&E in April 2004 after an eleven-month sabbatical in Florence, Italy.

Paul Grazewski, Vice President, Strategic Planning

Paul Grazewski, Vice President, Strategic Planning, is responsible for developing and integrating strategic partnerships such as acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing and teaming agreements. He joined AS&E in 2002 as Vice President, Program Management.

From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Grazewski served as Director of Programs for Alcatel, a communications solutions provider, where he led the development of a high-speed Internet router. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Grazewski served as Vice President, Programs and Business Development at General Dynamics Armament Systems, where he delivered integrated defense systems to a worldwide client base.

From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Grazewski was Director of Programs at Lockheed Martin, a leading systems integrator and information technology company. Prior to Lockheed, Mr. Grazewski held management positions in Aerospace and Aircraft Engines at General Electric.

William F. Grieco, Vice President and General Counsel

William F. Grieco, Vice President and General Counsel, has developed extensive legal experience over a 25-year period in a variety of corporate and legal settings. He has worked with AS&E since 2003, providing advice on a wide range of regulatory compliance, litigation, and general corporate matters, and assisting the Company in meeting the challenges of growth in our rapidly changing marketplace.

Before joining AS&E, Mr. Grieco served as Managing Director of Arcadia Strategies, LLC. Previously, he held positions as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of IDX Systems Corporation, an information technology company, and as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Fresenius Medical Care NA, the world's largest integrated provider of dialysis equipment and services. Prior to these corporate appointments, Mr. Grieco was a Senior Partner at Choate, Hall & Stewart, a major Boston law firm.

Mr. Grieco received a bachelor's degree from Boston College, a graduate degree in management from Harvard University, and his law degree from Boston College Law School.

George M. Peterman, Vice President, Human Resources

George M. Peterman, Vice President, Human Resources, is responsible for leading the development of AS&E's Human Resources operations and programs. With over 30 years experience in organizational development, compensation program design and strategic recruiting, Mr. Peterman implements effective programs to build and support a world class workforce.

Prior to joining AS&E in July 2003, Mr. Peterman spent 11 years in executive roles at King & Bishop, a leading New England Human Resource professional service provider. As Vice President and Managing Director, Mr. Peterman established the Company's first organizational consulting and HR outsourcing practice area.

Mr. Peterman's earlier career includes a succession of increasing responsibility in consulting and Human Resources management positions in the Computer, Biotechnology and Electronic Security industries. Mr. Peterman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University.

Robert Postle, Vice President, Worldwide Marketing and Sales

Robert Postle, Vice President, Worldwide Marketing and Sales, is responsible for leading AS&E's world-class marketing and sales organization.

Prior to joining AS&E in March 2004, Mr. Postle was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at SolVision Inc., a leader in automated visual inspection solutions for the microelectronics industry. Prior to SolVision, Mr. Postle was the Vice President of Sales at Sagitta, Inc., where he pioneered a number of global sales and service initiatives and developed key industry alliances for the semiconductor telecommunications equipment manufacturer.

In the seven years prior to Sagitta, Mr. Postle held multiple senior-level positions at PRI Automation (which was acquired by Brooks Automation, Inc. in May 2002), a leading global supplier of advanced factory automation systems, software, and services. At PRI, Mr. Postle implemented breakthrough products and services, formed alliances leveraging the company's core businesses, and reorganized the sales and marketing organizations to grow revenue from $36 million to more than $300 million over a five-year period. As Corporate Vice President and General Manager, he managed 1,000 employees worldwide and $220 million in revenue, and led his division through the largest upturn in the history of the semiconductor industry, achieving record revenue and bookings.

Before joining PRI, Mr. Postle held senior-level management positions at Ulvac Technologies, Inc., a supplier of semiconductor capital equipment, instrumentation, pumps, and vacuum components; and ASM ION Implant Inc., a pioneer in the field of Ion Implantation.
