For Mail, Parcel, Baggage and Personnel Inspection Systems
Platinum Service Package
The Platinum Service Package is a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) and service plan designed to provide you with maximum equipment availability. This package includes:
- Semi-annual and annual PMs
- All parts and labor
- All consumables
- Disposal of the X-ray tube
- All travel expenses
- 4-hour response time1
Gold Service Package
Our most popular Parcel service plan, combining nearly all Platinum features at a lower price, the only difference being that it employs a 24-hour response time 1.
Silver Service Package
The Silver Service Package offers reliability and efficiency at a competitive price. This service plan also combines nearly all Gold features, the only difference being that the X-ray tubes & HV components are not covered as part of this agreement.
Bronze Service Package
The Bronze Service Package is designed for the customer who requires reasonable response time and routine maintenance for an exceptional value. This package includes:
- Semi-annual and annual PMs
- Emergency repair labor billed at Prevailing Time & Materials rates (portal-to-portal)
- Travel expenses are billed at cost
1 - Response time is defined as the time it takes our engineer to arrive onsite once they have been dispatched for a service call.
For Cargo and Vehicle Inspection Systems
Platinum Service Package
Our most popular Cargo and Vehicle Inspection System service plan, the Gold Service Package has all the features of the Platinum Package, the only two differences are that the PM schedule is semi-annual and that it employs a 24- to 48-hour response time1.
Gold Service Package
The Silver Service Package offers reliability and efficiency at a competitive price. This service plan also combines nearly all the features of the Gold Package, the only differences being that the X-ray tubes & HV components are not covered as part of this agreement & it employs a 48- to 72-hour response time1.
Silver Service Package
The Silver Service Package offers reliability and efficiency at a lower price. This package includes:
- Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual PMs All parts and labor are included (except the X-ray tube)
- All consumables (except fuel)
- Disposal of the X-ray tube
- All travel expenses
- 48 - 72 hour response time1
Bronze Service Package
The Bronze Service Package is designed for the customer who requires reasonable response time and routine maintenance for an exceptional value. This package includes:
- Semi-annual and annual PMs
